The Balochistan Human Capital Investment Project (BHCIP) is a flagship initiative by the Government of Balochistan, supported by the World Bank, aimed at improving the quality, access, and utilization of health and education services in selected refugee-hosting districts of the province. It addresses critical gaps in infrastructure, teacher capacity, and service delivery—especially for women and marginalized communities.
